Plastic Magen Ind. has evolved from a local engineering plastics factory to its present position as an international group, specializing in the development, production and marketing of sophisticated Plastic Heat Transfer Systems.
The core of the Plastic Magen products is the innovative patented technology of "Injection Over-Molding". This technique is used to join a multitude of small extruded tubes to injection over-molded manifold headers. This technology integrates fully automated handling of the extruded tubes, their orderly transfer to the injection molding equipment and automatic line SPC quality and leakage control (of the finished products).
Products are divided into five main groups, each of which focuses on a specific market, according to its main fields of application.
